Hello and welcome to Michael D. K. Fitness. I am a Fitness Counselor and a Certified Personal Trainer who brings the gym to you. Getting to the gym, changing into workout gear, and taking a shower requires time that many people just don't have.

My solution is that I bring my expertise to you and we can use whatever equipment you have to achieve your goal. Whether in your home or office, outside in the park, or wherever you feel comfortable, my goal is to implement the exercises that work best for you and make the workout more enjoyable. I am willing to go the extra mile to make getting in shape easier for you. Remember, any kind of exercise is better than none.

I offer my services to people on the go in order to make it easier for them to keep up with a consistent exercise program. No need to be at a fitness club where members are constantly looking, assessing and criticizing others. Maybe you just wouldn't be comfortable at a fitness club because you are out of shape or a little overweight. If you are a parent with children, a senior, work at home or can't get away from the office, I am the solution for you. However, if you do want to work out in a gym I do offer that option. If you are willing and serious, I can help you make your fitness goals a reality.

You must remember, however, that exercise is only part of the solution and must be supplemented with a healthy diet. Since I'm not a nutritionist, I can't prescribe a specific diet for you but I can show you how to manage your diet so you'll eat more of what's healthy and good for you. I don't believe in starvation diets but prefer the old Mediterranean diet which has been proven to be good not only for the heart and mind, but for the rest of the body as well.
