Trial Offer: As a special trial offer, you may purchase 3 sessions for 180 dollars for in gym and for 165 dollars for in home training, first time clients only. The fee must be paid in advance and is not refundable. If you wish to continue thereafter, my regular rates will apply. Manhattan only (125th street and below).


Fees:

The cost of each consultation and training session is 75 to 90 dollars for clients located in Manhattan (125th street and below), slightly higher prices will apply for other areas depending on travel distance. A training session runs from 45 minutes to an hour. Payment is expected at time of the first session. I do not sell individual sessions, I require that you purchase a minimum of three sessions in advance. If you decide to purchase a package and at the end of the first session you do not present me with the package payment then that session will be billed as an individual session and not be considered part of that package. You will be responsible of the full price of a session. Payment is expected at the end of a session, no exceptions. Purchase 10, 15, 20 sessions and save. Medical evaluation and Fitness assessment: Every client's first session will consist of a medical evaluation and a fitness assessment. The cost of an assessment is 70 dollars which must be paid in cash, no checks please. A Fitness Assessment is a very important element of your Fitness program. It determines a baseline of your current fitness and allows me to get to know your strengths and weaknesses in order to apply a safe and effective exercise regimen.

Group Fitness: The maximum number of persons I take for group fitness is five. The fee for each person depends on the location. These fees apply to groups of two or more persons. The persons in the group may be friends, co-workers, or just people you would like to train with. Each person must contact me to make an appointment for a Fitness Assessment before the group begins training. Again, a minimum of two sessions must be purchased in advance.

Traveling to New York: If you are traveling to New York city and you would like to be trained at your hotel contact me and I will set up convenient appointments for you. I require that you purchase 2 session in advance via mail at least 10 days before your arrival. Additional sessions can be purchased with cash only.

Gym set up: If you would like to turn one of your rooms into a gym I can help you. We can go together to shop around and find the equipment that best suits your needs and your budget. I will help you select the equipment and set it up in your home. My fee for every hour I spend setting up a gym is 50 dollars.

Policies:

Cancellations: I require at least 24 hours advance notification if you wish to cancel an appointment. If you fail to notify me 24 hours in advance you will be charged for that session. A call at 10 PM to cancel a 9 AM session the next day does not constitute 24-hour advance notice.

Appointment times are strictly adhered to. If you have an appointment for a 1-hour session at 10 AM and show up at 10:30 AM, your session will still end at eleven. If I haven't heard from you and you are 30 minutes late for your session, I will consider you a no show, and will leave. You will be charged for the session. Personal interruptions (such as phone calls) during a session will not extend the length of the session.

Finally, your training privileges will be taken away if you cancel frequently . I take my business seriously. I treat my clients with respect and professionalism, and I expect similar treatment in return.new york personal trainers, personal trainers in new york, New york fitness


Special Refund Policy:

Michael D. K Fitness is willing to refund your money if you do not see results in 3 months.

Requirements:

1-You are required to have your body fat measured and it must be within limits for your age. If your body fat is not within these limits you are not eligible for this offer.

2- You must train with Michael D. K Fitness a minimum of 3 times a week and on your own you must do a minimum of 3 cardiovascular training sessions for a minimum of 30 minutes each.

3-You can only miss three personal training sessions within the 3 months. This includes sick days.

4- You are required to follow a reasonable diet.

5- Must be a beginner, this policy does not apply to fit individuals.

Results are considered to be an increase in size and mass of one or more muscle groups but not necessarily all your muscle groups at once. Some individuals have a specific muscle group grow faster than their other muscle groups.

Confidentiality

Your medical and fitness assessment records and all personal information will be kept confidential. My business is to try to achieve your goals and once again your confidentiality is guarantee.
