If you enjoy being outdoors but sometimes feel like the walls of the gym are closing in on you, then I have a solution for you. You can still use your gym, but when weather permits you can train outdoors and have fun instead of being bored indoors. Try my Central Park workouts and get the first three sessions only for 165 dollars.

The First Law of Thermodynamics states that energy is neither created nor destroyed; therefore, body weight is lost when caloric expenditure exceeds caloric intake (negative balance), and weight is gained when the opposite situation exists. Although it is predictable that shifts in caloric balance will be accompanied by changes in body weight, the nature of the weight change varies markedly with the specific behaviors that lead to caloric imbalance. Fasting and extreme caloric restriction (starvation and semistarvation diets) cause substantial losses of water and fat-free tissue. In contrast, an exercise-induced negative caloric balance preserves the loss of fat-free mass during a weight reduction program. In addition, resistance training will help preserve fat-free weight. Resistance training will help increase your basal metabolic rate, and the higher it is, the greater the calories you burn at rest. Both aerobic exercise and resistance training can contribute to the loss of body weight and fat stores and maximize the potential to maintain these changes.personal trainers new york, new york personal training, greek personal trainer, new york personal training.

What does all this mean? It means that if you consume 100 extra calories a day, that adds up to 3500 extra calories in 35 days which is equal to one pound of fat, and after one year, that would add up to an extra 10.4 pounds of fat. By using a mathematical formula based on your age, height, weight and fitness condition I will provide you with an estimate of how much to exercise, what exercises to do and how many calories to consume to achieve weight loss or maintain your current weight. Based on this estimate you can adjust your fitness program as you see fit to achieve your goals.
